Conf Bot

Conf bot was the result of a bot crackdown by Discord. After the beloved JuzoConfessions went down, conf was created.

One must message the bot with the prefix !conf. Any character following the prefix will be repeated by the bot in a chosen channel for anonymity.

Because of the crackdown on Rythm Bot, I am considering working with YouTube API to play music as well.
