Crusty Adblocker

Crusty Adblocker is a personal project of mine.
Before college, when I was bored from COVID and finding things to do, I wanted to make sure I really wanted to pursue computer science.

After the nth adblock blocker, I decided to make a more discreet adblock that may fly under those blockers.
Crusty Adblocker takes in Chrome API of every page I enter and manually removes all references from certain websites that pushes ads so that the ads will disappear on the page.

The video shows, first, how ugly Forbes looks. Then, it shows how Forbes looks with Adblock plus, an adblock blocker. Then, mine shows with all ads removed. This works on all sites and YouTube but will not work on ads embedded in videos.
